Here is a video from youtube which gives some great examples of famous backmasked songs – everyone from The Beatles, Slayer, Led Zeppelin, and Britney Spears.

No one really knows why these messages are included, or even what result they give, but there are 100s of hidden messages from various artists – perhaps you are listening to some which have not even been discovered yet!

Here is the famous painting by Leonardo Da Vinci – the “Mona Lisa”. it was discovered that if you lay Leonardo Da Vinci’s self portrait over the Mona Lisa the dimensions of his face to hers are the same, they features are all in the same place, and the outline is almost exact.

We will never really know how this came about – surely it is too precise to be just a coincidence?

One theory – as expressed by the maker of this video is that he wanted to express his feminine side and painted the Mona Lisa with his facial characteristics and dimensions.

Another explanation is that it wasn’t done on purpose, but it was not just a coincidence either. The most improtant person in all of our lives is ourselves – if we are really honest. Humans are self centred by nature – for example the last time you were shown a group photo with you on it who was the first person you looked for? Some claim that althrough Da Vinci didn’t mean to his subconscious mind directed him to create the Mona Lisa in his likeness.

Here is a classic Buggs Bunny cartoon made in 1942 (the episode is called “Wabbit Who Came To Dinner”) – now watch carefully as he gets out of the shower – it shows a glimpse of Bugs Bunny’s genitals. Maybe the producers put this one in just for laugs or it was a sick internal joke as no one really knew anything about subliminal messages back then, and creators were pretty sure that people wouldn’t notice it.

The subliminal suggestion is obvious, although we are not sure about motives of the cartoon creators. Although they were different times some 70 years back, maybe then this was not considered as distasteful for a kids cartoon as it seems now?
